    Michelle Lammers, Nightwing

    Michelle Lammers

    Vice President of Communications, Nightwing

Michelle Lammers led all aspects of external and internal communications and marketing to launch Nightwing as an independent company. That included naming the company, executing and developing the brand, and leading employee engagement and change management. The overwhelmingly positive reception of the new brand by employees, customers and partners has been thrilling, she said.

“Michelle Lammers’ exceptional leadership has been crucial in guiding us through a seamless transition to our new business and in shaping a compelling new brand identity for Nightwing in a remarkably short time,” said John DeSimone, CEO of Nightwing. “Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence have not only redefined our brand but have also resonated deeply with both our employees and customers, capturing the essence of who we are as a company.”

    Why Watch

In 2024, Lammers is excited to lead an incredible team who will continue to evolve the brand voice as the company grows and evolves Nightwing’s intelligence solutions portfolio to bring more value to customer missions.

Lammers ascribes to the ideas embodied in the statement: “Never underestimate what’s in the realm of the possible.”

Fun fact: Lammers speaks fluent French and has lived in or traveled to over 35 countries. She volunteered at the World Indian Eskimo Olympic Games in Alaska and trekked into the Cameroonian rainforest with the Peace Corps to visit a Pygmy tribe.
