Sebrena Sawtell
Head of Enterprise Marketing, Booz Allen Hamilton
Sebrena Sawtell is excited for her team to celebrate Booz Allen’s legacy as the company marks “110 years young.” She’s proud of showcasing Booz Allen’s innovation through Velocity magazine, technology partnerships and a portfolio of products and solutions. Sawtell helped launch the company’s AI campaign, positioning it as the top AI provider to the federal government. Her team is also honored to sponsor the Warrior Games for the second year and to engage with Team U.S. at Invictus.
In addition to external promotions, her team improved the growth marketing and sales enablement program with new training, resources and support for key procurement opportunities. They’ve balanced MARTECH solutions to drive impact for team members, stakeholders and public sector clients while ensuring security and sustainability. They also established a companywide marketing community of practice and a center of excellence for best practices, processes and training.
“As an experienced strategist, Sebrena has established a proven track record for maximizing impact while carefully evaluating risks,” said Brian Hale, Booz Allen’s vice president of public relations. “Her ability to guide teams executing near-term campaigns, while anticipating the needs for long-term requirements and improvements is a testament to her success and leadership.”
Why Watch
In 2024, her team is heavily focused on continuing its journey to scale impactful and measurable marketing and sales enablement programs. Look for them to continue to elevate what Sawtell describes as “the amazing stories of how Booz Allen empowers people to change the world, demonstrate our innovation at scale, share our commitment to missions of national importance, and continue to build a legacy of outcomes.”
Sawtell said working at Booz Allen for over 16 years has been a privilege.
“During my tenure I’ve worked directly supporting our clients’ missions in civil, defense and the intelligence community,” she said. “Being able to contribute first-hand to missions of national importance and see the real-time and long-term impact makes me even more proud to lead a team who can showcase the incredible work and technology advancements that is done each day.”
Fun fact: “I am 50-50 left- and right brained; I love both the creative and analytical,” Sawtell said. “I started my career as a photographer and graphic designer but always had a passion for math and science. In my spare time, I love to build large-scale Lego models.”
