Since joining GovCIO in August 2023, Nichole Hahn has focused on building a strong, dynamic team. She has led efforts to improve the employee experience, establish DEI&A committees and enhance talent management, engagement and retention programs.
Hahn is dedicated to leading an HR team that attracts and retains top talent. She aims to create an HR organization that drives innovation, develops talent and supports GovCIO’s success. Her passion lies in fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and enthusiasm.
