    Angie Combs, CACI

    Angie Combs

Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, CACI

Angie Combs, a human resources leader with over 25 years of impressive experience, has a proven track record of aligning HR initiatives with overarching strategic goals. She consistently delivers results for CACI’s 24,000-strong workforce that drive organizational success and tap into her wealth of expertise in employee development, leadership growth and talent management.

This year, Combs advanced CACI’s internship program, which welcomed over 300 interns. Under her leadership, the program became a key part of the company’s talent pipeline, offering interns meaningful work that fuels their passions and prepares them for future careers. As the season ends, Combs and her team are proud to extend full-time offers to about 79% of the interns. Through her efforts, Combs helped establish CACI as a place where individuals at any stage of their career can realize their limitless potential.

“Talent acquisition is not just about filling roles; it’s about cultivating a workforce that can adapt, grow and lead in an ever-changing landscape,” she said. “My team and I are dedicated to driving innovation in how we attract and develop talent, ensuring we’re ready to pivot to the future and meet the demands of this rapidly evolving industry.”

    Why Watch

In 2024, Combs and her team are strategically focused on navigating the significant shifts in the labor market, particularly as Generation Z begins to outnumber baby boomers in the workforce. With fewer people at prime working age and the demand for new skills growing rapidly, Combs recognizes the urgency of adapting to these changes. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and upskilling, Combs is setting the stage for a more agile and future-ready workforce at CACI, ensuring the organization remains competitive and innovative in the years to come.

“Angie’s innovative approach and dedication to nurturing a diverse and adaptable workforce are key drivers of our continued success,” said John Mengucci, CACI president and CEO. “Her work not only aligns with our strategic goals but also sets a high standard for excellence across the organization. With Angie at the helm of our HR initiatives, we are well-positioned for a future marked by continued growth and abundant opportunities.”
