    Danielle Cole, Agile Defense

    Danielle Cole

    Chief People Officer, Agile Defense

Danielle Cole said it’s been a rewarding experience to grow her career with Agile Defense and be part of a team that truly values its people. When she joined over a decade ago, the company had fewer than 50 employees. Today, she leads the People Operations team, supporting nearly 1,200 professionals — a testament to the company’s collective efforts and commitment.

Along the way, she helped enhance benefits, refine recruiting processes and foster an environment where everyone can thrive. Being part of building a culture where people feel valued and empowered has been a defining moment in her career, and she is excited to continue championing Agile Defense’s mission as they move forward together.

“Danielle’s passion for supporting our team is truly inspiring,” said Rick Wagner, CEO of Agile Defense. “Her unwavering commitment to excellence has been a driving force in shaping our company’s vibrant culture. She has a remarkable ability to make everyone feel valued, and it’s this connection that keeps our employees excited and engaged as part of our team. Her contributions have not only strengthened our company but have also created an environment where people are genuinely thrilled to be here.”

    Why Watch

2024 is set to be a transformative year for Agile Defense as the company embarks on an ambitious journey to elevate the entire employee experience. With recent growth, Agile Defense is expanding its HR infrastructure by implementing new technologies and processes to streamline talent acquisition and enhance employee engagement. By expanding benefits and wellness programs, the company aims to ensure employees feel valued and supported.

Agile Defense plans to improve its employee recognition program and create streamlined promotion paths to foster growth and drive career advancement across the organization. These efforts aim to build a strong foundation that will grow with the company and continue to support its team. The next 12 months will be a defining period of growth and transformation as Agile Defense lays the groundwork for a thriving, inclusive and future-ready organization.

“Seeing how our efforts in People Operations directly impact the well-being and growth of our people is incredibly rewarding,” Cole said. “It’s exciting to be at the forefront of nurturing our culture that supports innovation and collaboration. Every day presents a new opportunity to make a difference, and that’s what drives my passion for this work.”

Fun fact: Cole is a passionate soccer fan, and she and her family love cheering on their favorite teams together.
