Rebecca Hannahs is very proud of her team and all it accomplished this year in supporting leaders and employees to meet the needs of the evolving business. From talent recruitment and skill development to new leadership development training, it has been a year of change and new possibilities. Notably, they are about to launch an exciting initiative focused on integrated training, professional development, and performance management, using automation and tailored delivery based on employee needs and roles.

    Why Watch

In 2024, Hannahs and her team have taken on the challenge to boost process efficiency using technology and modern tools. They spent focused time analyzing and looking to the future on what the needs are for the organization today, and what they will need to continue to make the company a leader in the field tomorrow.

Hannahs draws inspiration from Katy Perry’s song “Firework,” particularly the lyrics: “You’re original, cannot be replaced. If you only knew what the future holds, after a hurricane comes a rainbow.”
