    Christina Correira, Bloomberg Industry Group

    Christina Correira

Chief Human Resources Officer, Bloomberg Industry Group

Christina Correira built the team of talented, agile and execution-focused HR professionals that supports a high-growth business and actively contributes to Bloomberg Industry Group’s philanthropic efforts. The COVID-19 years were particularly hard on the HR profession, and the team is intentional about building resiliency and balance and having fun together, while performing at a high level.

“In a crowded marketplace, Bloomberg Industry Group has been able to recruit and retain an extremely talented, diverse workforce that enjoys best-in-class benefits and tremendous career growth opportunities – thanks in large part to Christina’s leadership,” said Josh Eastright, CEO of Bloomberg Industry Group.

“She is a true partner to me and is a trusted confidante of our leadership team who value her sound counsel and business expertise. Christina has made significant contributions to our growth and success in her tenure as CHRO and we’re fortunate to have her leading such a critical function.”

    Why Watch

In the coming year, the team is focused on supporting the company’s growth initiatives and deploying generative AI tools to enhance its efforts. They plan to expand Strategic Workforce Planning, which was trialed this past year. The team has several key projects ahead, including developing clear career paths for employees, deploying a companywide mentoring program and creating a new manager training program.

Fun fact: Correira spent time in East Africa tracking Black Rhinos with the Kenya Wildlife Service in the very early 1990s. It was one of the most meaningful experiences of her life.
