Serco has appointed Melissa Marousek as chief people officer and senior vice president to lead human resources strategy and oversee talent management, organizational development, and cultural transformation initiatives.
Marousek will report directly to Serco in North America’s CEO Tom Watson and will serve on the executive management team.

Marousek brings over 20 years of experience in human resources to Serco. As chief human resources officer at J&J Worldwide Services, she helped modernize and scale the HR function to support business growth and led the HR diligence through an $800 million acquisition.
Before that, she spent almost 10 years at Lockheed Martin in leadership positions and playing an important role in aligning business strategy with HR initiatives to drive organizational success.
