Joseph Bartasius has been named DSA chief growth officer, effective in August.
In this new role, Bartasius is driving strategic vision and expanding DSA’s presence in the defense, federal and academia markets. He leads teams in business development, capture management, communications and marketing, strategy, and customer excellence.
Bartasius brings over 20 years of experience supporting the Defense Department, U.S. Army, federal \ agencies and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. He has expertise in innovative technology solutions in C5ISR systems sustainment, software engineering, and logistics and supply chain solutions, the company said.
Bartasius retired as colonel from the U.S. Army and Army Reserve. He served in command and staff positions in airborne, light, special operations, Joint Commands and training units in Southwest Asia, the Republic of Germany and the U.S.
