BlueHalo announced G. Maliek Ferebee has joined the company as chief human capital officer.
Ferebee will oversee the company’s human resources operations, including talent development, diversity, equity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits and more.

Before joining BlueHalo, Ferebee was the chief human capital officer at DHL Corp., where he helped transform the company’s human resources functions and supported operations, employees and leadership. He also led the Integration Management Office.
