BlueHalo Appoints G. Maliek Ferebee as CHCO

BlueHalo announced G. Maliek Ferebee has joined the company as chief human capital officer.

Ferebee will oversee the company’s human resources operations, including talent development, diversity, equity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits and more.

“Maliek brings a strong perspective that emphasizes human capital as the foundation of our future success,” said Robert Richards, BlueHalo president of business operations and chief financial officer. “Over the past two decades, he has expertly helped guide organizations through various internal transformations and large-scale change across the industry. As BlueHalo grows, Maliek’s team will focus on finding ways to help our employees grow as well.”

Before joining BlueHalo, Ferebee was the chief human capital officer at DHL Corp., where he helped transform the company’s human resources functions and supported operations, employees and leadership. He also led the Integration Management Office.
