    Acentra Health CEO Todd Stottlemyer Joins Serco’s Board of Directors

    Acentra Health CEO Todd Stottlemyer has been appointed to Serco North America’s board of directors.

    Stottlemyer brings his experience in healthcare, technology services, management services, federal government contracting and executive leadership to the board.

    “Serco’s commitment to service and excellence in support of critical government missions is truly commendable,” Stottlemyer said. “I am honored to join the Board of Directors and look forward to contributing to the company’s continued success and innovation.”

    Under Stottlemyer’s leadership, Acentra Health modernizes healthcare services for state and federal partners. His commitment to improving outcomes through strategic leadership and innovation aligns with Serco’s mission to deliver excellence in service to its government clients, the company said.

    “We are thrilled to welcome Todd Stottlemyer to the Serco Board of Directors,” said Tom Watson, CEO of Serco in North America. “Todd’s extensive experience in federal government contracting in both the healthcare and technology sectors, coupled with his track record of success in executive leadership, makes him an exceptional fit for our board.     Before leading Acentra Health, Stottlemyer was CEO of the Inova Center for Personalized Health; CEO of Acentia, an IT company acquired by MAXIMUS; and CEO of Apogen Technologies, an IT company acquired by QinetiQ.
