Over the past 12 months, Sandy Hinzman embarked on a strategic restructuring of SAIC’s business enablement team, which comprises experts in contracts, pricing and procurement. Her team’s objective is to transcend the conventional siloed approach to business enablement, allowing these vital functions to operate cohesively.
By fostering integrated teams that are engaged and organized according to specific accounts, Hinzman has streamlined operations and cultivated a deeper sense of strategic ownership.

Fun fact: When away from the office, Hinzman enthusiastically supports her favorite hockey team, the Washington Capitals. Despite living in Northern Kentucky, her love for the sport effortlessly bridges geographic distances, providing shared enjoyment with her husband and son.
