Ashutosh Gokhale works alongside the CEO to drive financial growth and is heavily involved in the strategy that led the transformation of HII Mission Technologies — and of HII. The division grew from 10% of HII’s revenues to nearly 25% in 2023.
Strategically focused on multiple initiatives, Gokhale and his team led efforts to upgrade many of the financial systems used, working closely with operations to upgrade the level of financial analyses performed and incorporating enhancements to infrastructure and systems. These all are important pieces to ensure efficient operations, maximum efficiency and stronger cash position.
Under his leadership, Mission Technologies implemented financial strategies and processes that have made the organization more efficient and growth focused.
