    Gray Beck, cBEYONData

    Gray Beck

    CFO, cBEYONData

Under Gray Beck’s financial leadership, cBEYONData has matured to the point it can sustain rapid growth at scale.

“Over the last two quarters, we successfully recompeted our largest existing contract, while winning our largest contract in company history, while setting new company record lows for turnover for seven consecutive months, while continually de-levering the business to position ourselves to make large investments in future growth,” Beck said. “I think we will look back on 2024 as an inflection point in the history of the company. We’re not just sustaining growth rates at scale; we’re accelerating them at scale. And I think if you play in the federal marketplace and aren’t familiar with cBEYONData, you will be soon.”

cBEYONData CEO Dyson Richards said, “Gray has expertly led the streamlining of our financial and HR operations to increase margins, decrease DSO, improve employee retention, while training our management team how to enhance our outcomes. cBEYONData will go to the next level with his leadership.”

    Why Watch

In 2024, Beck’s team members are heavily focused on dominating the federal data analytics space with respect to financial management. They spent the past couple of years expanding their market reach to cover the entire federal marketplace and integrating acquisitions so their expertise covers all major federal ERP systems.

“The sunsetting of legacy ERP systems, budgetary pressures and data privacy/operational security concerns are colliding in 2025 and 2026 to create explosive growth in market demand,” he said. “Federal clients’ unmet needs will become critical, and we are very deliberately and very uniquely positioned to meet those needs.”

Fun fact: Beck’s first job was little league umpire. “If you think managing people is hard, try managing a T-ball game,” he said.
