    Constantine Saab Joins Doug Wagoner, Other Leaders on Thomson Reuters Special Services Board

    Thomson Reuters Special Services has added Valor Equity Partners Senior Advisor Constantine Saab to its board of directors, where he joins industry leaders including LMI CEO Doug Wagoner.

    Saab is the latest to join TRSS’ board of directors, comprising government, military and industry experts.

    Saab is an experienced board director, advisor and entrepreneur specializing in national security and technology. Before being senior advisor, he was a managing director and chief technology officer at Valor Equity Partners.

    Saab also spent nearly two decades at the CIA, where he was acting assistant director and center chief of operations.

    Other leaders on the TRSS board of directors are:

    • Timothy Murphy, chairman of the board of directors.
    • Frances Townsend, member of the board of directors and currently running her own independent consulting business.
    • Doug Wagoner, member of the board of directors and CEO of LMI.
    • Ambassador Douglas Lute is a member of the board of directors and a retired career Army officer.

    Three directors, selected by Thomson Reuters, are also members of the board and bring expertise in government relations, legal affairs and finance:

    • Michael Eastwood, chief financial officer at Thomson Reuters.
    • Jennifer Prescott, president of the global print segment at Thomson Reuters.
    • Kate Friedrich, vice president of government affairs and ESG at Thomson Reuters.
