    Nick Trzcinski

    President, Aleut Federal

Nick Trzcinski’s biggest recent achievement is watching his team’s hard work pay off and the business grow in both the civilian and defense markets.

“Having the opportunity to lead and contribute vital missions across the nation, that support the warfighter makes me swell with pride,” Trzcinski said. “Aleut Federal will always be a mission first organization. Taking on the vital National Security mission is a special responsibility the defense contractor community is proud to bear. If we never forget that we will continue to be successful.”

    Why Watch

In 2024, Aleut Federal is all about bringing capability to the warfighter quickly. The last few years have been focused on honing skills and building the team DOD desperately needs. Now, Trzcinski has shifted to bringing those skills quickly, nimbly and with the support to follow-through implementation and sustainment.

“The defense mission changes every day, we are committed to flexing quickly, and using our contractual advantages to bring top shelf skills to the fight,” he said.

Fun Fact: A frequently used picture by the U.S. Naval Institute shared often on social media shows a polar bear “attacking” a submarine rudder, surfaced through the polar ice cap. That picture shows USS CONNECTICUT in 2003, and Trzcinski watched those pictures in real time on the executive officer’s view screen.
