After serving in the Navy, including commanding USS COLE (DDG-67) and holding leadership roles at the National Security Agency and U.S. Cyber Command, retired Navy Capt. Ed Devinney now plays a key role in Northrop Grumman’s global cyber efforts and its partnerships with the government. He works with Northrop Grumman’s Chief Information Office to protect the company’s infrastructure and fosters partnerships that shape the global defense strategy along with the company’s sector presidents.
Since joining Northrop Grumman in 2019 after a 30-year military career, Devinney has significantly developed the company’s cyber business, focusing on government clients in the intelligence community. His experience and connections are crucial for understanding and meeting customer needs and driving the company’s growth. Devinney also mentors new talent, fostering a culture of excellence within Northrop Grumman.
