Stephen J. Yuter
Vice President of Contracts, Risk Management & Compliance, BrainGu
As part of the BrainGu team, Stephen J. Yuter collaborated to secure the company’s largest contract to date — a $125 million single-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity — with the Air Force.
This contract is impactful because it is focused on mission outcomes and was developed on the basis of commercial terms, showcasing both BrainGu’s flexibility and innovation.
This win, along with a newly established Value Added Reseller strategic partnership, expanded BrainGu’s offerings across federal, state and commercial sectors and resulted in 68% net new growth of its contracts portfolio.
“Stephen’s impact goes far beyond managing contracts; his collaborative spirit permeates throughout BrainGu,” said Cos DiMaggio, president of BrainGu. “As a trusted advisor to BrainGu’s C-suite, Stephen provides invaluable insights on navigating complex government, legislative and intellectual property matters, enabling us to align our strategies with the evolving regulatory landscape and recalibrating our business priorities effectively.”
