    Brett Friedman, Sierra7 Inc.

    Brett Friedman

Vice President of Contracts, Sierra7 Inc.

Brett Friedman joined Sierra7 three years ago shortly after a major acquisition as the company was positioning itself for growth and change. In one of his proudest and most impactful achievements, Friedman shifted the contracts department from acting primarily as an administrative support function into the executive forefront as a key corporate strategic function.

“Contracts is one of the cornerstones of the business, and being a key cog in every facet of the procurement lifecycle to help set the company up for long-term success is a major driver in what I do every day,” he said. “Coming from a family of World War II veterans, Sierra7’s mission of ‘serving those who serve’ really resonates.  It doesn’t get much better being able to do what I love coupled with a mission that hits close to home.”

    Why Watch

In 2024, Friedman is heavily focused on continuing to collaborate as part of the executive leadership team to hone the company’s strategic plan for short-, medium- and long-term growth. From creating efficiencies across the organization with tools and processes to handling complex contractual legal issues, the contracts team continues to play a vital role in the organization.

“As the vice president of contracts, Brett’s ability to navigate complex negotiations, streamline processes and ensure win-win outcomes for Sierra7 is truly commendable,” said President and CEO Frank Rendon. “His dedication to excellence sets the gold standard for our team.”
