Han-Ron Siah has joined SAIC as senior vice president and chief talent officer to lead integrated talent strategy, drive a cultural transformation and align SAIC’s workforce with a one-enterprise mindset.

“Han-Ron will champion upskilling and reskilling talent initiatives; foster innovation in delivery approaches; pilot new formats; and deliver exceptional expertise, consultation and direction in all areas,” the company said in announcing the move.

Siah joins SAIC from the McDonald’s Corp., where he served as vice president and chief talent officer. Before that, he was Marriott International’s senior vice president for digital talent strategy, analytics & solutions and talent point. He also served in executive HR roles for Starwood Hotels & Resorts and was a consultant for Bain & Co.
