Amentum has appointed Nathan Rutledge as senior vice president and head of investor relations, effective immediately.
In this role, Rutledge will oversee all investor relations activities leading up to and following Amentum’s merger with Jacobs’ Critical Mission Solutions and Cyber and Intelligence businesses.

Rutledge will also be responsible for outlining the company’s long-term strategy, business model and financial performance to its shareholders and the broader financial community.

Rutledge has experience navigating complex financial reporting landscapes and building robust relationships with the investment community. He was most recently principal and head of investor relations at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led initiatives to enhance its IR strategy and approach. He also held various finance roles at Navient Corp.
