    Mike Rauseo, Redhorse Corp.

    Mike Rauseo

Vice President, National Security Growth, Redhorse Corp.

In his role, Mike Rauseo helped Redhorse build its support to DOD enterprise digital transformation initiatives and adoption of AI/ML enabled capabilities.

As a career Marine, Rauseo is proud to say that through Redhorse, they have been unwavering in their commitment to national security missions that support warfighters.

“Communication and transparency are the most important qualities,” Rauseo said. “Success between Government and Industry relies on relationships based on trust and respect. My contribution to that equation is in the form of open, honest, and authentic communication.”

    Why Watch

In 2024, Rauseo and his team are heavily focused on transforming the way customers interact with and use data and technology.

“We intersect at the convergence of advisory services and successful integration of innovation and advances in data and analytic technologies,” Rauseo said. “We deeply believe in focusing on what is meaningful to the DOD based on our experiences and training and not what is expedient like any kind of short-term gain or one way benefit.”

Vincent Bridgeman, senior vice president of national security services at Redhorse Corp., commented on Rauseo’s value to the company.

“Mike combines his considerable knowledge of the structure and functions of the Department, experience delivering data-driven transformation, and expertise with the defense acquisition system to help our customers accomplish their missions more effectively.”

Fun Fact: When transitioning from active duty to the Reserve ranks, Rauseo attended regular acting classes in Washington, D.C. For some time, he considered giving it a go in L.A. While quite different than a career in the military and consulting, performing arts was and remains something Rauseo enjoys.
