Scott Goldstein
Senior Vice President and Parsons Fellow, Parsons Defense and Intelligence
Scott Goldstein’s major achievement is his role in coordinating efforts across all divisions of Parsons Defense and Intelligence to advance strategic initiatives and secure significant new opportunities. His team focuses on using Parsons’ expertise in space, cyber, electronic warfare, command and control, and counter-C5ISRT in the Indo-Pacific campaign. This aligns with both national and regional partner priorities. Goldstein takes particular pride in how his team collaborates with various military commands, services, agencies and departments to deliver Parsons’ solutions to customers.
Why Watch
In 2024, Goldstein and his team are heavily focused on cyber innovation; long-range, over-the-horizon, sensor-to-shooter kill chains; and fielding advanced counter-C5ISRT capabilities.
“Scott’s leadership within Parsons Defense and Intelligence sector leverages over 40 years of operational, engineering, leadership and management experience in the engineering, space, ISR, electronic warfare and cyber domains. His thought leadership has shaped well over 100 publications, and he holds five patents in wireless communications, data compression, information theory, detection theory and ISR sensor processing systems,” said Mike Kushin, president of Parsons’ Defense and Intelligence sector. “The leadership he demonstrated throughout his military career and service to the intelligence community has advanced technology to solve some of our nation’s most challenging problems. Parsons is fortunate to have his expertise shaping next-gen solutions that back our nation’s warfighters across the all-domain battlespace.”
“Parsons is a technology company and, within Defense and Intelligence, is an organization that has great impact bringing advanced technical capabilities to a variety of customers. The coordination and integration of these capabilities across our core areas — space, cyber and electronic warfare — will drive our next growth stages . . . and these are the right technologies to have great impact in both a peer-competitor competition and for the future of our national security.”
Fun fact: Goldstein’s personal stress and health management strategy is daily exercise. It’s something he prioritizes, and he has the most fun when he can get his four sons and wife to join him.
