Kevin Heald’s biggest recent achievement was taking over as the lead for the National Security Portfolio last year. He said it’s an honor to lead a team so dedicated to ensuring clients achieve mission success in a rapidly changing global landscape.

Why Watch
In 2024, Heald and his team are heavily focused on navigating the AI landscape. The teams have been implementing machine learning and AI for years, and the introduction of GenAI provides tremendous opportunity to transform the mission. The challenge facing Accenture Federal Services’ customers is the velocity and veracity of available solutions. How do you navigate which solutions apply for which challenges? The team is constantly evaluating the market and partnering with customers to identify solutions that meet their requirements in an agile and secure way.
Fun fact: Although he has supported national security customers since 2000, his career started at SRA in 1998 where he provided help desk and email migration services for law firms. “You learn quickly when supporting senior partners of world class law firms!” he said.
