In 2023, Amanda Satterwhite took on the role of leading Accenture Federal Services’ Cyber Growth & Strategy, focusing on developing a 2024 strategy centered on zero trust, post-quantum cryptography, and securing critical infrastructure, with a proactive approach to secure AI initiatives. As the 2024 fiscal year concludes, she’s excited to see the cyber practice surpass its annual growth target of 20% while significantly enhancing security posture and cyber capabilities for federal clients.

They plan to use recent investments in AI and cybersecurity to improve security in the space sector. Following their success in winning the Navy SHARKCAGE award, they look forward to working with leading partners to support the Navy’s cybersecurity efforts ashore and afloat, improving the Navy’s mission with sophisticated cyber capabilities.

Fun fact: The best gift she ever received was a Virginia lifetime fishing license from her parents. “Fishing is my favorite hobby, and I picked up fly-fishing pretty seriously about eight years ago,” Satterwhite said. “I hope to enjoy this hobby for another 50 years, and it’s good to know I’ll never have to renew a fishing license again.”
