Tim Davis has come on board at Chugach Government Solutions as vice president of strategy and operations.

In this role, Davis will ensure the organization’s strategies are effectively implemented and coordinated across the CGS enterprise, according to the company.

“I’m humbled by the opportunity to be a part of the Chugach story and drive strategic value to support its shareholders, the Chugach people,” he said “I’ve been incredibly impressed with the resourcefulness, adaptability, and innovation this organization brings to each of its projects ensuring mission readiness for its customers. I’m excited to build on its growth trajectory.”

A U.S. Navy Reserve officer who enlisted following 9/11, Davis brings over 25 years of experience to his new position. He specializes in transforming enterprise operations and improving performance through strategic planning and execution. His expertise includes operational planning, customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement and analysis, as well as military intelligence and leadership.

Davis recently worked as an international business development and strategy executive at Raytheon Intelligence & Space. Previously, he was a strategy and operations consultant for Deloitte Consulting LLP and Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on its Intelligence Community teams. He also held positions as an international contracts representative at Sandia National Laboratories and as an international programs coordinator at the Center for International Trade & Security.

“As our government division remains hyper-focused on delivering forward-thinking solutions and being a trusted partner to advance customer missions, Tim Davis is a leader with a unique ability for strategic collaboration and positioning organizations for long-term mission success,” said CAC CEO and Interim CGS President Jonathan Dalrymple. “I’m confident in his ability to help our CGS business deliver service excellence and profitable growth, establishing CGS as a stronger partner to our federal customers.”
