Peraton is one of 10 awardees in the Defense Manpower Data Center’s $1.4 billion Defense Enterprise HR Applications and Data Services blanket purchase agreement.

Peraton has partnered with DMDC for over 40 years. DMDC leads joint information sharing and support for Defense Department human resource issues. It’s the source for identifying, authenticating, authorizing and providing information to uniformed service members, veterans and their families about their entitlements, benefits and medical resources, the company said.

Under the contract, Peraton will support DMDC in 25 task areas, including software development and sustainment, data management and security, application rationalization and cloud migration, and new technology adoption.

Peraton will also help DMDC streamline processes, increase operational efficiencies, modernize current IT systems and increase overall security posture using AWS cloud.
