Damian DiPippa is the new CEO of Auria, an Enlightenment Capital-backed company.

DiPippa brings over 30 years of experience to the role, serving as a senior executive in the aerospace, defense, intelligence and IT communities. He has expertise in satellite operations, missile defense, systems engineering, and mission and intelligence solutions.

Before Auria, DiPippa was the CEO at ARETUM, where he led the newly formed company after a series of acquisitions. He has also served as president of Peraton’s systems engineering sector and senior vice president and general manager of Perspecta’s intelligence group. He was a key executive in the $7 billion sale of Perspecta to Peraton, and instrumental in Perspecta’s transition to new ownership.
After that, DiPippa established and led Arcfield, a $500 million+ systems engineering spinoff of Peraton, as the founding CEO. He also held senior roles at ManTech, Northrop Grumman, Engility and TASC.
