CRDF Global has appointed Glen Schuhmacher to serve as vice president of security assistance, where he’ll address the evolving security priorities of customers and funders by delivering international mission support services.

“Glen brings a wealth of hands-on international experience to CRDF Global, having spent much of the past three decades in organizations focused on training and building capacity of partner nations to ensure multilateral coordination against the threats posed by transnational criminal organizations and non-state actors,” said CRDF Global President and Chief Operating Officer Tina Dolph.

“The area of greatest impact for CRDF Global lies at the intersection of security and development, and Glen has already helped shape our strategy for aligning our technical strengths and international presence with missions that align with our vision of mitigating global threats.”

Before CRDF Global, Schuhmacher was president and CEO of Sincerus Global Solutions, which he co-founded in 2020 after acquiring SAIC’s International Development Services portfolio. He also served as vice president of operations for Engility’s International Division,

“It’s an honor to join CRDF Global and contribute to their mission of creating a more safe and secure world,” said Schuhmacher. “With the company’s recent expansion into development, its capabilities in digital resilience, and its network of regional hubs, CRDF Global is strategically positioned to combat a broader set of increasingly complex threats, and I’m looking forward to leading our talented team in addressing those opportunities and continuing CRDF Global’s strong legacy in collaborative solutions.”
