    Lisa Reidy, GDIT

    Lisa Reidy

    Security Staff Vice President, GDIT

Lisa Reidy’s greatest achievement and what she is most proud of is the strength, camaraderie and dedication of the GDIT security team. Reidy works with an incredible group of people who take pride in what they do, feel empowered to drive positive change and continually uplift one another.

“I work to emulate their actions and pay it forward every day,” she said. “We strive for a culture in which employees are encouraged to look for ways to expand their skills and see the positive impact they have on our missions when they go above and beyond.”

This year will mark Reidy’s 27th year with GDIT, and she credits her longevity to the amazing people she has worked with over the years.

    Why Watch

In 2024, Reidy’s team is dedicated to continuous improvement in meeting customer needs by leveraging technology and partnerships with talent acquisition and operations to drive efficiency and speed for new hire onboarding and clearance processing. This is a valuable tool to improve GDIT’s ability to execute critical national security missions.

The team aims to instill a security-first mindset in all employees and ensure that GDIT’s concern for their safety extends beyond securing its facilities, emphasizing their well-being even outside of work.

Fun fact: Reidy is immersed in many of her kids’ activities — including teaching faith formation classes, being a room mom, serving on the PTO board and now dedicating time as a high school lacrosse team mom.
