Scott Wood has joined T-Rex as vice president of defense programs, where he will oversee strategic growth and delivery of innovative solutions for the Defense Department.

“We are thrilled to welcome Scott to our leadership team and leverage his proven track record of success in the National Security space,” said Leslie Hubbard-Darr, executive vice president of national security accounts at T-Rex.

“Scott’s wealth of IT knowledge and experience in the Defense and Intelligence markets will enable us to continue to expand our footprint in the National Security market and deliver value-added solutions that enhance mission performance.”

Wood brings over 25 years of experience in leading complex, mission-critical programs for defense agencies. Prior to joining T-Rex, he served as vice president of programs for Leonardo DRS, a provider of defense technology to national security customers. He also served as the CEO of RADA USA, which completed its merger with Leonardo DRS in 2022.

“Working in a collaborative, technology driven environment has been essential to every step along my career path,” Wood said. “Joining the T-Rex team is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s success, while supporting Defense customers in achieving mission objectives. T-Rex is an exceptional company, and I am honored to be selected to lead this business area.”
