The team’s mission is to support Tyto’s corporate growth strategies by driving profitability, ensuring compliance and adding value to Tyto and its clients to increase mission resiliency, capability and flexibility.
Weldu brings over 20 years of experience from the public sector and large enterprises, offering a unique mix of skills. As a strategic leader focused on results, she has a strong foundation in pricing, program management, financial planning, analysis and operations.
Weldu excels in creating and handling complex business cases, strategies to secure wins, competitive analysis, and financial models. With expertise in Lean Six Sigma, she’s committed to improving process efficiency and effectiveness throughout the business.
