As the pricing director for Noblis, Peter Warren leads the corporate team that develops data-driven pricing solutions to propose the best value to its federal customers while continuing to help build a strong foundation for the company today and in the future.
As Warren noted, “My team and I work closely with our internal technologists and leaders to consider multiple perspectives and possibilities in developing the most innovative, efficient and cost-competitive solutions available.”
In 2023, during the integration of McKean Defense into Noblis MSD, Warren played a crucial role in merging the pricing functions of Noblis and the former McKean Defense. He guided his team to combine the two different estimating systems, distribute resources across various customer accounts and unify the best practices and services from both teams throughout the Noblis organization.
“In two years, Peter has built strong internal price-to-win capability,” said Jennifer Oliver, Noblis vice president of business administration. “Under his leadership, the team developed pricing approaches that helped Noblis leaders to make informed financial decisions for their respective business areas while aligning to both the current competitive landscape and Noblis’ overarching mission to solve complex scientific and technical problems that benefit the public and advance U.S. national security interests.”
