Vice President of Pricing, Empower AI

Empower AI views 2024 as a year full of growth chances, but also one with challenges. These include combining digital change, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence for federal agencies, along with uncertainty about budgets and funding. Federal agencies are currently exploring and starting to use AI to help their missions, if done correctly. This period is promising for both the company and its clients because of the AI solutions Empower AI provides.

“This is such an exciting time for our industry, especially with the increased focus on AI and what it can do to support agency missions,” said Leslie Tillman. “It’s a new age for all of us, and it’s very rewarding to be a part of it and help shape it.”

    Why Watch

For over 30 years, Empower AI’s main strength has been its mix of using advanced technology and deeply understanding its mission. Its top goal is always to use this knowledge to solve customers’ problems, and this focus will never shift. Tillman said this commitment is what makes the company inspiring and a great place to work.

“Our company tagline is ‘Elevate the Mission,’ and that means something to the people who work here,” she said.

The team of pricing experts and growth leaders at Empower AI will work to enhance the company’s reputation in the market in 2024. They have set ambitious targets for winning new business in the upcoming months and years.

“This is one of those critical times in our industry where experience really matters, especially when it comes to pricing,” said Pamela Rothka, Empower AI CFO. “The competition is fierce, so we are glad to have Leslie on our team, leading our pricing efforts to ensure we are competitive, while also responsive to our customers and their needs.”
