Jason Cloutier recently combined the pricing and estimating departments from two big acquisitions. He also developed and enhanced a sophisticated yet easy-to-use tool that provides real-time information for the whole organization.
With almost 30 years in federal contracting, Cloutier’s success comes from solving problems. He improves efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy by using innovative solutions for the business’s critical needs. This approach helps him get better evaluation scores, offer competitive pricing and increase the probability of winning contracts.

In 2024, Cloutier is heavily focused on continual improvements of the pricing and estimating tools. He and his team are working on system and site improvements, including additional automation and data validation controls and the integration of technology to capture and integrate financial metrics into financial performance analysis and competitive assessments. His team is also focused on Amentum’s growth by applying strategic pricing expertise to the capture of key programs.
