Amanda Chiampi
ESG Director, Ultra Intelligence & Communications
Amanda Chiampi was hired in September as Ultra Intelligence & Communications’ first ESG director. Formerly part of a publicly held company in the U.K., the company’s roots reflect a longstanding commitment to core ESG values, and Chiampi said it has been exciting to build on that legacy while designing programs and policies that fit Ultra Intelligence & Communications.
Chiampi began by conducting a materiality assessment, identifying salient issues and benchmarking against the incredible work of some industry peers. The result was a strategy for 2024 that proactively addresses the company’s risks and begins to establish its signature environmental and social programs.
Why Watch
Chiampi is excited for Ultra Intelligence & Communications to issue its first ESG report in 2024. It will also be the first time the company publishes its goals and targets, and she’s looking forward to sharing them.
Fun Fact: Chiampi used to play roller derby for the Texas Rollergirls. She always lived within 5 miles of a body of water and is an avid scuba diver.
