    Jackie Harding, CACI

    Jackie Harding

Executive Vice President, Business Operations, CACI

Jackie Harding prides herself on being a lifelong learner.

Her belief that there is always something new to master ⏤ and a way to grow both personally and professionally ⏤ has been the driving force behind her relentlessly innovative team and ever-expanding portfolio.

Harding joined CACI in 2016, bringing an impressive breadth of expertise that she has further cultivated in her role as the company’s executive vice president of business operations.

In this role, she provides leadership and oversight for several corporate functional support areas, including Corporate Enterprise Services, Operational Excellence, and Purchasing and Supply Chain.

This past summer, she added the successful completion of CACI’s first Carbon Disclosure Project to her list of accomplishments. The resulting report tracks and details the company’s greenhouse gas emissions and provides CACI with a more complete picture of the company’s emissions impact. The data is being leveraged to develop internal and external best practices to reduce the company’s carbon footprint.

Harding is dedicated to building on that momentum by implementing sustainable traditions within CACI’s workforce. Her team led the charge on implementing a formal, companywide Earth Day initiative to spread awareness and encourage employees to become involved in improving the environment. Programs include shredding, e-waste and battery recycling at CACI offices, as well as a partnership that resulted in employees contributing funds to plant 1,600 trees throughout North and South America and Africa.

“Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs are not just about reporting on metrics,” she said. “It’s about telling the story of who a company is and how it is contributing positively to both the industry and community. CACI has always been a vigilant corporate citizen, and our reports reflect who we are and who we will always strive to be.”

    Why Watch

In 2024, Harding and her team are developing new ways to streamline reporting processes in alignment with emerging requirements and regulations. They plan to provide greater consistency and transparency to the ESG process as they educate and motivate employees to uphold CACI’s commitment to good environmental stewardship.

“Jackie is helping to foster a culture of sustainability at CACI that has been truly transformative,” said CACI President and CEO John Mengucci. “Her focus on aligning our corporate responsibility efforts with our business strategy demonstrates her forward-thinking approach and dedication to ensuring CACI’s long-term success.”
