Leidos announced a multiyear Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Amazon Web Services, which will leverage each company’s strengths to accelerate innovation for new and existing customers in public sector and select commercial markets.
“We’re excited to build on our existing work with AWS and create innovative solutions for our customers,” said Steve Hull, president of Leidos’ Digital Modernization Sector. “Through this agreement, Leidos will align our investments in federal mission solutions with AWS’s portfolio of cloud computing and enterprise data management services to enhance innovation and efficiency for our customers.”
Leidos and AWS have collaborated to offer services to the Defense Department and the federal government. This includes using AWS’ secure environment for comprehensive operations and awareness, deploying contact center services, migrating to the cloud efficiently, conducting research and development, among other initiatives.
The collaboration between Leidos and AWS builds on their existing partnership by concentrating on enterprise data management and analysis, automation and artificial intelligence. Leidos also highlights the use of multi-domain operations emphasizing hybrid architectures and managed services. This partnership aims to combine new resources to support market-ready solutions, according to Leidos.
