LMI’s Kristen Cheman transitioned to senior vice president of the intelligence market, and Keith Rodgers has been promoted to senior vice president of digital and analytic solutions.

Cheman’s career at LMI spans nearly 14 years. She most recently served as senior vice president of digital and analytic solutions. She was named a Franz Edelman Laureate in 2015, and received WashingtonExec’s 2022 Pinnacle Award, honoring her as the Artificial Intelligence Industry Executive of the Year for Private Companies.

“Kristen’s rich experience will translate into effective solution development for our current and future intelligence customers,” said CEO Doug Wagoner. “She will lead us on the path of innovation to advance LMI’s critically important support to the intelligence market.”

Rodgers joined LMI 3.5 years ago and served most recently as vice president of advanced analytics & artificial intelligence. His achievements include curating the largest collection of opioid-related data globally for a Department of Health and Human Services–sponsored hackathon, and using crowdsourcing to combat human trafficking.

Wagoner described Rodgers as a visionary leader with a passion for introducing cutting-edge technology, such as GenAI, to his customers.

“Keith’s drive to operationalize novel and innovative solutions for complex business problems, combined with his deep commitment to leadership, will ensure the continued growth of digital and analytic solutions,” he said.
