DMI has welcomed back Ken Molenda as lead solution architect with the company’s Enterprise Bid and Proposal team.

“We are delighted that Ken has agreed to rejoin DMI,” said Brett O’Donnell, senior vice president of Enterprise Bid and Proposal at DMI. “We are primed for significant growth opportunities, and Ken’s deep experience as a Solution Architect will further enhance DMI’s capabilities in providing cutting-edge digital transformation services that serve the missions of the customers we are partnering with across the public and private sectors.”

Molenda is a seasoned solution architect who worked in various programming, project manager and program manager roles with INA Solutions, DMI, CSC, QSS Group and the National Institutes of Health.

He spent the last two years at USCIS, working with data science/data analytics IT provider INA Solutions. In his capacity as program manager, scrum master and working team member, he played a pivotal role in a project sponsored by the Office of the Chief Data Officer.

Molenda has extensive experience engaging with commercial, federal, state and local government customers. He recently completed a second master’s degree in data analytics, adding to his existing credentials, which include a master’s degree in computer science, two bachelor’s degrees and numerous certificates.

“DMI has distinguished itself through its innovative solutions, organizational transformation expertise, and software engineering track record — as well as its cost-effective offerings,” Molenda said. “I’m thrilled about returning to DMI to re-engage with former colleagues and contribute to DMI’s growth as a major end-to-end digital transformation service provider.”
