Many may not know that for the past 12 years, Copeland and his wife dedicated the majority of their volunteer time supporting families living with disabilities at their church and with the international nonprofit, JoniandFriends.org. One example is serving at annual family retreats where families can take a break from their day-to-day challenges in a welcoming environment.
