Since joining Excella in 2021, Eddie Morris has helped fuel the firm’s revenue growth to achieve an impressive 44% growth rate, while maintaining an above industry win rate. In the process, the firm grew to a new level of pricing maturity with a better approach to competitive intelligence, price-to-win and managing post-award project finances.

“It is an honor to work alongside Excellians dedicated to driving innovation and value for our clients,” he said. “Excella has assembled an exceptional team of technologists and industry leaders, who are united in our purpose to deliver meaningful solutions to clients. I am extremely proud of the partnership and collaboration we foster everyday to drive and lead change within the firm and for our clients.”

    Why Watch

In 2024, Morris and his team are well positioned to accelerate the rapid growth momentum the firm experienced in recent years. Excella continues to invest in and expand its organizational transformation, modern software delivery, and AI and analytics offerings to help clients achieve their missions.

Morris and team are poised to help bring expanded capabilities, including DORA, GenAI and O&M, to clients across federal agencies and commercial organizations.

According to Nadina Kezel, executive vice president of finance at Excella, Morris is passionate about Excella’s purpose, driving a profitability vision that enables the firm to deliver meaningful solutions to clients.
