Kim Schoenauer’s biggest recent achievement was coaching her team to new levels of performance, project management and confidence in executing ever more complex pricing projects. Additionally, as the executive sponsor of Cognosante’s newest ERG BELONG, Schoenauer applied a similar employee-centric focus toward fostering relationships, connections and culture — building trust and a safe space for members of the ERG. This new intention has fostered growth, creativity and change more than any other goal has in the past.
