Martin Anderson is especially proud of Booz Allen’s commitment to supporting military families. She joined First Lady Dr. Jill Biden and other advocates for military spouses to launch the 4+1 Commitment, aiming to address the 21% unemployment rate among this group. With nearly 30% of Booz Allen’s workforce being military-affiliated, the company takes pride in creating new career opportunities that support and strengthen this vital community.
On a personal level, Martin Anderson is proud that her oldest daughter is graduating from college in May 2024. She said her family will always be her No. 1 priority and the source of her greatest joy and motivation.
