The deadline to submit nominations for WashingtonExec’s Chief Officer Awards is March 8, and we want your help finding the chief operating officers providing day-to-day operational leadership, support and oversight.
The awards luncheon is scheduled for May 10 at the Hilton in McLean, Virginia. It will honor the most influential and creative executives in the government and industry sectors. The event aims to highlight outstanding contributors in government contracting, including technologists, security experts and business leaders significantly impacting the field.
Nominations for the COO award are open to peers, employees, supervisors and leaders in both government and industry sectors. Last year, Ad Hoc’s Eleanor Desai received the award, recognizing her exceptional leadership in operational management, service delivery, employee management and organizational transformation.
This category focuses on executives tasked with operational oversight like the delivery of services to customers, corporate operations, managing employees, driving transformation and more.
Achievements from 2023 to 2024 are eligible.
Executives and organizations can nominate in multiple categories, including themselves. Nominations, limited to 350 words, must detail how the COO addressed customer challenges.
