Delviom LLC announced Michael Zembrzuski as its new chief growth officer to help chart and execute the organization’s growth strategies.

As CGO, Zembrzuski oversees Delviom’s business development, strategic planning and organizational development.

During his military career, Zembrzuski worked with national security leadership at the cabinet level and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He collaborated with service and combatant command intelligence chiefs, the U.S. intelligence community’s senior leadership, allies, and state and local law enforcement.

He is a combat veteran of Afghanistan and Iraq and brings significant homeland and overseas security experience working with the Defense Department, FBI, Secret Service, Department of Homeland Security, State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security and other federal agencies.

In the private sector, Zembrzuski worked as chief growth officer at NetCentrics Corp. and Advanced Concepts and Technologies International. He also served as executive vice president and business group manager for CACI’s Intelligence Business Group, executive vice president and equity partner at Six3 Systems, and executive vice president of business development at Harding Security Associates. His focus was on building high-growth teams and creating environments that maximized shareholder returns.

“It is exciting to join an organization that is defined by cutting edge cybersecurity innovation, rapid growth, and an unwavering commitment to the National Security interests of the Nation, along with a laser focus on the needs of its Agency customers and people,” he said. “You can feel the energy and commitment, at Delviom, that is imparted at every level of the company.”

Over the past three years, Delviom significantly grew its cybersecurity services at the Securities and Exchange Commission, FEMA and the Treasury Department.

“Building on Delviom’s recent prime contract awards, we are confident 2024 and beyond will continue the growth trend,” said Delviom Chief Operating Officer Aravind Jasty. “Michael is a dynamic leader and collaborative problem solver with proven ability to build enterprises and motivate people. Having Michael on board will help ensure this growth. He has a demonstrated history of leading organizations to become more thoughtful, professional, and effective in achieving their goals ⏤ and, in turn, helping their customers accomplish their own goals.”
