Dave Zolet, a well-known figure in government technology, has over 30 years of experience in the field. He’s currently the CEO of Astrion, a new U.S. government services company focused on helping customers and the country face future challenges.
Zolet previously held CEO and executive roles at companies like CentralSquare Technologies, LMI, DXC Technology, IBM, and Northrop Grumman. He’s dedicated to driving customer success through innovative solutions.
Zolet led the successful launch of Astrion on Dec. 6, 2023. Astrion, a combination of Oasis Systems and ERC, carries a 60-year legacy in service and mission success. He’s guiding Astrion’s growth and integration, with recent achievements including forming an industry-leading executive team experienced in scaling impactful companies and focusing on key capabilities like cybersecurity, digital solutions, and science and engineering.
Zolet is also integrating systems and teams to enhance services and innovate new ones for preparedness and mission success. His innovative HR strategy aims to empower employees, streamline workflows and create an inclusive, growth-focused culture, including launching employee-led resource groups.
Additionally, he has established Centers of Excellence in strategic U.S. locations — Washington, D.C., Huntsville, Alabama, and Burlington, Massachusetts — to align talent with client missions and advance innovation.
