Integral Federal has promoted Heather Gerczak to chief administrative officer from her previous role as senior vice president of business operations.
In her new role, Gerczak will oversee key functions including human resources, administration, facilities management, marketing, contracts and security.
“Since joining in late 2022, Heather has leveraged her extensive two-decade industry experience to transform our administrative organizations into value-added elements of our growth success,” said Integral Federal President and CEO Wayne Wilkinson. “Her promotion to CAO truly reflects how she has taken on a greater role for the company over the past year and the value she brings to our executive team. Heather’s leadership ensures our continual success while exceeding expectations along the way.”
Gerczak will play a key role in streamlining processes, aligning departmental activities with strategy, setting interdepartmental goals and nurturing a positive work culture. These contributions are expected to drive Integral’s overall success and growth, the company said.
