    Ryan Garner, ECS

Ryan Garner has been named the new chief financial officer of ECS. He will oversee the company’s growth and manage functions including accounting, finance, contracts, legal issues, pricing, procurement, financial planning and analysis, facilities management and compliance. He will work closely with the president of ECS.

“I’m excited for Ryan to join our leadership team,” said ECS President John Heneghan. “Ryan has a proven track record of driving growth and creating efficiency. His industry expertise and strong leadership capabilities will be instrumental in supporting ECS’ ongoing growth strategy, helping us scale our operations and expand our services to our customers.”

Garner joins from Navistar Defense, LLC, where he was the CFO. Navistar Defense is known for designing and building tactical wheeled vehicles for government and Defense Department clients. Prior to Navistar, Garner was CFO at CACI International’s National Security and Innovative Solutions sector.

“I’m thrilled to join ECS and have the opportunity to work with John and the rest of the leadership team,” Garner said. “ECS maintains a differentiated position of strength in the government marketplace, and, together, our team is poised to accelerate growth and value creation for our customers.”
