Under a companywide initiative called Secure+, Ben Peavy led a team that expanded Accenture Federal Services’ security programs in collaboration with leaders across the company. The effort allowed for deploying new tools and processes that empower employees and create more value for clients in addition to greatly improving the company’s overall security posture.
“I’m extremely proud of how our entire team rallied together to get this important initiative across the finish line,” Peavy said.

In 2023, Peavy’s team is heavily focused on using data and generative AI technologies to help clients build a digital core that is agile, smart and secure. Every day, Accenture Federal Services’ technologists, developers and data scientists perform meaningful work that helps make the nation stronger and safer.
“We are also continually focused on recruiting and skill-building to deliver cutting-edge technologies and human-centered design at speed and scale,” Peavy said.
